The quickest way to get your Asda Mobile PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from your Asda Mobile phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.

You can also get your PAC code by:

  • Logging into your account at mobile.asda.com/my-account

Your PAC code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, simply request a new one.

How to Switch to Asda Mobile

To switch to Asda Mobile and keep your current number:

  1. Get your PAC code from your current network by texting PAC to 65075
  2. Choose a Asda Mobile plan and sign up
  3. Give Asda Mobile your PAC code during or after sign-up
  4. Your number will transfer within 1 working day

Asda Mobile STAC Code

If you want to leave Asda Mobile but don't want to keep your phone number, text STAC to 75075. This gives you a STAC code (Service Termination Authorisation Code) that cancels your contract without porting your number.
