How to Get Your Vodafone PAC Code

The quickest way to get your Vodafone PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from your Vodafone phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.

Family / Multi-line Accounts: If you have multiple numbers (lines) attached to the same account, the text-to-switch service often won't work. In this case, you will need to log into your account online or call customer service to request your PAC.

Text PAC to 65075 from your Vodafone phone. Vodafone is obliged by Ofcom to respond within 60 seconds with your PAC code. Alternatively, call 191 from your Vodafone handset or 0333 304 0191 from any other phone.

Log in to the My Vodafone app to check whether you are inside your minimum contract term. If you leave early, Vodafone will charge an early termination fee based on your remaining monthly payments. If you have a separate device payment plan, this must also be settled.

How to Switch to Vodafone

Look through Vodafone's pay monthly, SIM-only, and Vodafone Together plans. Vodafone is a global operator offering a wide range of plans with entertainment extras and multi-plan discounts.

Text PAC to 65075 from the phone you want to switch. Your current network must reply within 60 seconds with your PAC code. It stays valid for 30 days.

Order your plan at vodafone.co.uk, in a Vodafone store, or by calling 0808 003 8803. Vodafone will send you a SIM card or activate an eSIM.

Submit your PAC code via the My Vodafone app, your online account, or by calling customer services on 191 from your Vodafone phone. Your number will transfer within one working day.

Vodafone STAC Code

If you would like to leave Vodafone but do not need to retain your phone number, text STAC to 75075 from your Vodafone phone. Vodafone must respond within 60 seconds. Provide the STAC code to your new network and your Vodafone account will be cancelled within one working day. Only use a STAC code if you are happy to get a completely new number with your next provider.
