How to Get Your O2 PAC Code

The quickest way to get your O2 PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from your O2 phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.

Text PAC to 65075 from your O2 phone. Under Ofcom regulations, O2 must send your PAC code via text within 60 seconds. You can also call 202 from your O2 handset or 0344 809 0202 from another phone.

If you are on an O2 Refresh tariff, you may have separate device and airtime plans. Review what you owe on each by checking the My O2 app. You may need to pay off your remaining device plan balance before leaving.

Pick a plan with your new provider. Give them your PAC code when you sign up, or shortly after you receive your new SIM card.

Your phone number will transfer to your new network within one working day. O2 will cancel your airtime plan automatically and send a final bill to your registered email address.

Submit your PAC code to O2 through the My O2 app, your online account, or by contacting customer services on 202 from your O2 phone. Your number will transfer within one working day.

O2 STAC Code

If you wish to leave O2 but do not want to take your phone number with you, text STAC to 75075 from your O2 phone. O2 must respond within 60 seconds with your STAC code. Hand this code to your new provider and your O2 service will be terminated within one working day. Choose a STAC code only if you are prepared to start fresh with a new mobile number.
