How to Get Your iD Mobile PAC Code

The quickest way to get your iD Mobile PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from your iD Mobile phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.

You can also get your PAC code by:

• Calling 7777 from your iD Mobile phone (or 0333 003 7777 from another phone)
• Logging into your account at idmobile.co.uk/my-account

Your PAC code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, simply request a new one.

How to Switch to iD Mobile

To switch to iD Mobile and keep your current number:

1. Get your PAC code from your current network by texting PAC to 65075
2. Choose a iD Mobile plan and sign up
3. Give iD Mobile your PAC code during or after sign-up
4. Your number will transfer within 1 working day

iD Mobile STAC Code

If you want to leave iD Mobile but don't want to keep your phone number, text STAC to 75075. This gives you a STAC code (Service Termination Authorisation Code) that cancels your contract without porting your number.
