How to Get Your BT Mobile PAC Code

The quickest way to get your BT Mobile PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from your BT Mobile phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.

You can also get your PAC code by:

  • Logging into your account at bt.com/mobile

Your PAC code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, simply request a new one.

How to Switch to BT Mobile

To switch to BT Mobile and keep your current number:

  1. Get your PAC code from your current network by texting PAC to 65075
  2. Choose a BT Mobile plan and sign up
  3. Give BT Mobile your PAC code during or after sign-up
  4. Your number will transfer within 1 working day

BT Mobile STAC Code

If you want to leave BT Mobile but don't want to keep your phone number, text STAC to 75075. This gives you a STAC code (Service Termination Authorisation Code) that cancels your contract without porting your number.

Which Network Does BT Mobile Use?

BT Mobile is a virtual network (MVNO) that uses EE's masts and infrastructure. This means BT Mobile customers get the same coverage as EE, but BT Mobile sets its own prices and plans.
