How to Get Your Plusnet Mobile PAC Code

The quickest way to get your Plusnet Mobile PAC code is to text PAC to 65075 from your Plusnet Mobile phone. You'll receive your PAC code by text within a minute.

You can also get your PAC code by:

  • Calling 500 from your Plusnet Mobile phone
  • Logging into your account at plusnet.com/mobile

Your PAC code is valid for 30 days. If it expires, simply request a new one.

How to Switch to Plusnet Mobile

To switch to Plusnet Mobile and keep your current number:

  1. Get your PAC code from your current network by texting PAC to 65075
  2. Choose a Plusnet Mobile plan and sign up
  3. Give Plusnet Mobile your PAC code during or after sign-up
  4. Your number will transfer within 1 working day

Plusnet Mobile STAC Code

If you want to leave Plusnet Mobile but don't want to keep your phone number, text STAC to 75075. This gives you a STAC code (Service Termination Authorisation Code) that cancels your contract without porting your number.

Which Network Does Plusnet Mobile Use?

Plusnet Mobile is a virtual network (MVNO) that uses EE's masts and infrastructure. This means Plusnet Mobile customers get the same coverage as EE, but Plusnet Mobile sets its own prices and plans.
